I had great room with a microwave, central heating, and an iron. Liked view of street. Its location at a medium distance from Dunedin Botanic Garden was brilliant and awesome. There was a nice restaurant, convenience stores and shops next door.

The location in a comfortable area was good and magnificent and there were a shopping mall and a small supermarket nearby. The bus stop was 15 minutes’ walk away🙂

I had a tidy, airy room complete with a bathroom and a balcony. "the location was great and easy, close to the town centre, Forsyth Barr Stadium, the central business district, and an excellent Asian restaurant.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owners and staff were very friendly and helpful. The motel was warm, bed was comfortable and there were spare pillows and a blanket. The heater was good. Motel was very clean and modern. Bathroom was great.

The microwave, central heating, and iron in the king studio were handy. The beds with electric blankets were lovely. The hotel was in a very central location, very close to an excellent Asian restaurant.

We had a two bedroom unit, kitchen and lounge. Beds and pillows warm and comfortable. Apartment had two heater, that kept the unit warm. Close to town. Easy walk. Unit not good for people who have trouble climbing stairs as this unit was 3 levels. We were very happy with our stay there and would consider staying again.
The bathtub and shower all in one. Too high to climb into bath. The unit must of been freshly painted and could still smell paint.

Overall the standard of the motel was great, staff were friendly and very helpful
The spa wasn't the best, it would have been better if it was the type that had the jets behind you when you lay relaxing. The parking spaces provided were very small and my wife thought the heater although it kept the unit warm, was quite noisy. This would not deterr us from returning in the future.
